Owner John Vander Hoek started working in the construction industry as a laborer in 1987. Since then he has gained over 30 years of experience as a successful framer, framing contractor, home builder, and land developer in the Fraser Valley. Vander Hoek Construction became Karvin Developments Ltd. because our company grew into a collective effort of many great people who share our values of strong relationships with our clients, employees, professionals, trades and partners. Like our homes, our company is built on a solid foundation.
