Founded by John Vander Hoek
Vander Hoek Construction is now Karvin Developments Ltd. because our business has grown to become a collective effort of many excellent women and men who share these values.
Karvin Developments’ team of strong, experienced managers and perceptive carpenters offer a broad selection of thoughtfully-crafted homes. They have developed a proactive warranty and service plan that continues long after you have moved in.
John started working in the construction industry as a labourer in 1987. Since then he has gained over 30 years of experience as a successful framer, framing contractor, home builder, and land developer in the Fraser Valley.
